JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a commercial claims adjuster with litigation experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:At least 5 years experience adjusting commercial claims;Ability to conduct thorough coverage and liability investigations;Knowledge of tort law, contract law, and liability concepts; Ability to develop effective claim resolution strategies; Skills to evaluate claims and effectively negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys;Proficient in basic computer skills;Ability to multitask and prioritize;Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree or equivalent;Excellent Sales and Communication Skills;Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills;Overachiever and Creative Thinker;Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
