Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993.In this vital role, you will be acting as a property field adjuster responsible for working with customers or vendors in person at the loss site to determine cause and origin of losses and to investigate, evaluate and estimate damages to structure and/or contents. Negotiate settlements or estimates, documenting claim activities via desktop or laptop and follow procedures intended to yield high levels of customer satisfaction and cost management.  As an Encompass property field adjuster you will be responsible for adjusting claims throughout the southern portion of the states of Georgia and Alabama as needed. * For Columbus, GA area.Our ideal candidate has 5+ years claim adjusting experience, a four-year college degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills.  Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills.  Proficiency with MSB estimating platform preferred.  Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be located in Columbus Georgia and have background in construction and or property claim adjusting, appraisals and ability to write field estimates.
