Sr Field Investigator II

Description:Responsible for conducting outside field investigations and customer service activities to support the Claims Service Team(CST). Assignments, generally, are more complex/high exposure and are given with minimal instruction. May assume responsibility for local administration and coordination of field Investigation program to ensure quality and seamless field investigation referrals. May negotiate settlements or deny claims as appropriate and as directed by the CST as well as provide assistance to CST in maintaining effective communications with policyholders/customers, including large business or National Accts.Qualifications:Demonstrated written and oral communications skills along with the ability to interact with other employees and customer/investigative contacts. Solid analytical and negotiation skills in order to settle/deny cases and proven ability in investigating more complex claims cases. Ability to function autonomously.Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, plus 5+ years of directly related work experience.
