As a Sr. Marketing Analyst for USAA, you will be responsible for a major reporting function within Marketing under minimal supervision and possess a broad knowledge of principles which are used to complete difficult assignments. You may be involved with a major marketing deliverable or project. Job duties: Works closely with marketing directors to develop and execute high-impact market plans. Apply advanced skills to solve issues that are non-routine and complex. May develop new tools and methodology to be used by other marketing analysts. May also provide training for new processes and tools. Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring a high-degree of originality and ingenuity. May be assisted by entry and intermediate level analysts. Qualified candidates need to possess: 5 - 8 years of professional analysis experience. College degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced skills in SAS or SPSS. Higher education in statistics or mathematics. Experience working in a financial services company and experience performing analysis for marketing purposes.
