Description:Under limited supervision, participates as technical expert in design, development, coding, testing and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software to achieve desired results and documents those programs. Develops and enhances complex systems and/or software from general requirements and specifications. Analyzes complex technical and/or Level 2 system problems. Leads projects or subprojects and coordinates rollouts of moderate scope.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. Generally 5+ years of professional experience. Position is on the Personal Lines team supporting the Ratabase Application. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with the Ratabase business team to design Rating Service items within the Product Builder Application. Supporting the Java Rating web service. Troubleshooting defects. Documenting mapping of XML elements. Qualifications include: Excellent communication and analytical skills. Background in Java and XML required.
