Basic communication skills including the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients, customers and with fellow employees Ability to listen, understand and follow simple instructions in a highly structured environment including:  Answers phones and route calls appropriately; Assists with switch board and receptionist duties; Sends, sorts and distributes incoming mail and faxes; Routes interoffice communications; Indexes unidentified mail; Collects and processes outgoing mail; Photocopies materials as requested; Retrieves and returns files to appropriate locations; Files case documents to paper file; Purges file cabinets and prepares files for shipping and storage. Ability to complete a professional document utilizing basic grammar, spelling and format skills, including completing and sending form letters. Basic knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, CLMS (Claim Litigation Management System), Internet, and other web-based applications. Ability to work under close supervision. Performs routine tasks of basic complexity under direct supervision.  High school education or GED equivalent required.
