 Skills/Qualifications

Required to have a P&C license with a proven track record of achievement with excellence.  Strong listening, oral and written communications skills.  Goal oriented, highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results. The ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently.  The ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.  Must have sales experience and exhibit professional sales skills.  General computer skills and fluent in Microsoft programs.
