Learn more about our innovative solutions, as well as our network of specialized technologies and customized career paths.  Supervisor, Claims Customer-Service   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Supervising, training and managing the TPA Claims Unit·  Participating in hiring staff·  Equipping workstations with required hardware and software·  Ensuring that all phone systems are in place·  Performing on-going supervisory tasks·  Handling staff requirements—including on-going performance evaluations·  Properly allocating resources to handle daily volumes·  Handling more complicated Claim Files·  Supervising and managing a Customer-Service Unit for the Life & Credit Division·  Performing functions related to Office-Management/Administration (i.e. supplies, security-related issues, phone systems, etc.)·  Providing Status Reports to appropriate Managers·  Creating Management Reports (as required by Lenders)   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  5+ years of related experience·  Effective supervisory/managerial skills·  Effective customer-service skills·  Effective organizational skills   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Experience with Phone-Management systems·  Familiarity with Microsoft-based applications and Mortgage-Lending Systems   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
