Supervisor, First Class Mail

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Seeking exceptionally motivated, well organized, detail oriented self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment.

 

Must have computer skills and be proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

 

Must be a good communicator and work well with others in a management team environment.

 

Must have the ability to supervise and manage. Candidate must be goal driven.

 

1 to 2 years supervisory or management experience preferred but not required.

 

Must be able to evaluate workflow processes and make recommendations for improvements.

 

Employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a thorough background investigation including felony convictions and pre-employment drug screening.

 

JOB FUNCTION:

 

Responsible for the overall supervision of employees within the First Class Mail area.

Responsible for a portion of the reporting duties within the First Class Mail area.

Responsible for the overall daily workflow and throughput of the First Class Mail area.

Candidate will be expected to manage workflow appropriately.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

Monday-Friday

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Some overtime may be required.
