Description:Supervises a large group of support employees directly or through team leaders. Oversees the day-to-day operations by scheduling and assigning work, meeting completion dates, and assisting others with resolving routine problems as well as with the interpretation of policies and procedures. Responsibilities include selection, training, objective setting, performance evaluation, salary reviews and employee development.Qualifications:Ability to assign, direct, and evaluate the work of staff members; prepare written procedures and policies; work independently and make sound judgments; interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures; deal tactfully and effectively with employees, managers, and people outside the company. Fully effective written, oral and personal computer skills to exchange information in a clear, concise manner. Proven problem solving and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
