To that end the individual will be required to successfully perform the following:  Must be able to apply business and IT knowledge as a basis to identify and resolve problems. This position will be responsible for gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements on projects.  Understanding and utilizing various tools, methods, processes, and techniques used to gather requirements. Partnering with all business clients in gathering requirements. Will participate in development of detailed functional and technical specifications for projects and in the design and execution of integrated (business, functional and technical) test planning based on developed requirements. Must be able to take on some leadership role(s) as necessary. Additional responsibilities include: participation in planning and managing various aspects of a project, project scoping, project estimating, task planning, project tracking, status reporting, and issue management. Relationship Management - Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, peers and management within the technology department and across the Enterprise (AF & AP). Utilize MS Office tools efficiently to develop, document, and communicate plans, recommendations, and solution for the assigned project(s). Effective communication skills – written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills – can plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of the assignment.
