TPA Sales Manager - Retirement Services

The TPA channel manager will develop and execute a strategic plan and engage current and prospective TPA’s to bring additional sales to MassMutual Retirement Services.  Act as a liaison for TPA’s in the MassMutual TPA Alliance and provide them with the support needed to maximize sales and grow their MassMutual Retirement Services client base. Track TPA related trends and create strategic solutions that will positively impact sales on behalf of the TPA’s.  Monitor the sales proposal pipeline and partner with the sales representative to drive sales.  Provide feedback and direction to sales representatives and their advisors on positioning MassMutual Retirement Services TPA Alliance to their plan sponsors. Independently conduct presentations with TPA’s and advisors regarding MassMutual Retirement Services sales and product capabilities in the TPA market.  Facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with sales representatives to share best sales practices in the TPA market. Create and implement sales presentations and tools to be used for and with sales reps to TPA’s and advisors.  Independently seek potential TPA partners that will provide significant sales opportunities to MassMutual Retirement Services and make recommendations to sr. management regarding the acceptance of new TPA’s into the MassMutual Retirement Services TPA Alliance.REQUIREMENTS  10+ years in the qualified retirement plan market with significant TPA related experience. Willing to travel frequently.  Very comfortable speaking to TPA principals in individual settings and sales professionals in team settings. Our salary structure is commensurate with experience.
