Territory Marketing Representative

Our client, one of the premier property and casualty Managing General Agencies  has an exciting opportunity  They are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to develop new and manage existing distribution opportunities in the Central and Eastern Tennessee independent agent marketplace.  As the Territory Marketing Representative you will be responsible for:

 

· New agent and business development in Central and Eastern Tennessee,

· Regular agency visits to develop new accounts, service existing accounts, review agency performance and enhance agency relations,

· Providing guidance and assistance to agencies to help them meet their volume and profitability commitments and

· Working closely with other field personnel to maximize opportunities.

 

To qualify, you must have a:

 

· Minimum of 2 years of property and casualty insurance experience in marketing, sales or underwriting,

· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and

· Excellent communication, negotiating, organizational and analytical skills.

 

You must be located in Central Tennessee to be considered.
