Test Execution Engineer

to join our team at a client site in Delaware County, PA.  As a Test Engineer, you will be assisting in the implementation of a new Quality Assurance (QA) process that will improve test efficiency, effectiveness and management for our client without impacting delivery to their clients. ***This is a great contract to hire opportunity for the right candidate.******We cannot sponsor at this time.******LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE*** In this role, you will be responsible for test execution and results validation.  Key responsibilities include:  Requirements Review Design Documents Review Shakeout Test Execution E2E Manual Test Case Execution E2E Automated regression test script execution Result validation Defect creation and tracking to closure Maintain test execution documentation Provide test execution status and metrics to the Test Manager Maintain System Issues Log Maintain Environment Issues LogRequired Experience:   2 to 3 years experience with software test planning and test execution Good exposure to SDLC and standard test process and methodologies Experience in Requirements Analysis, Test Plan and Test Case Creation and Defect Creation and Test Status Reporting Experience in Data Analysis and Validation Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Excellent analytical and communication skills Self-directed and motivated person who is driven to provide quality software through quality testing Automated Testing Experience with HP Quality Center, QTP or Rational Tools is a big plus Insurance Industry Experience a plusIdea Integration is an IT consulting and technology solutions firm specializing in application development, digital data management, business intelligence, infrastructure, information security, and interactive marketing.  To learn more about Idea Integration, please visit our website at www.idea.com.   For immediate consideration, please forward your resume to heather.zak@idea.com .  All qualified candidates will be contacted.
