As a corporate trainer (ideally in a Call Center environment), you can really transmit your excitement about your product to the people you teach. Fortunately our products are worth getting excited about. They’ve made us a leader in the insurance industry throughout North America. Because we are growing so quickly we are seeking a charismatic Training & Development Professional for our Internet Sales/Telesales/Customer Service offices in Nassau County, NY.

 We consider the quality, paid training of our Sales Associates to be key to our future growth. The successful candidate will train experienced Sales Professionals in our method of informing potential customers about the superiority and affordability of our products, then closing the sale. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to see that our Sales staff is receiving state-of-the-art instruction. You will also be involved in the development of new training techniques and curriculum.

 

We generate a tremendous number of qualified leads every day. Our Inside Sales Associates work from a huge database placing volumes of calls. We also receive a quantity of inbound calls daily. That’s why excellent training is vital to our sales/customer service Call Center operation.

To qualify, you must have 2 years of related Training & Development experience in a Sales/Customer Service environment and excellent computer skills. NOTE: this is not a telemarketing operation. BA degree is preferred. Some travel is necessary.
