Responsibilities:Deliver job-specific trainingPresent information, respond to questions, facilitate job-specific learning and overall management of the classroom environment.Consistently follows training facilitation principles and processesTrains subject-matter experts outside Training and Development organization to deliver training effectively.Provide input to designers/developers to enhance training content.Communicate effectively.Prepare for instruction and organize delivery of materialsStimulate and sustain learner motivation and engagement. Present and facilitate effectively.Demonstrate effective questioning skills. Provide clarification and feedback. Promote retention of knowledge and skills. Promote transfer of knowledge and skills. Evaluate instructional effectiveness.

Requirements:Financial Services/Insurance backgroundStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge and ability to apply sound training delivery principles that transfer learning to changed behavior and improved performanceKnowledge of sound adult learning theoryExceptionally strong customer focus perspective with experience effectively managing client relationships Strong delivery and facilitation skills and ability to coach others on their delivery and facilitation skillsDemonstrated continuous learning orientationBA/BS degree preferredSeries 6 preferred.
