Transfer and Exchange Rep

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team and capitalize on your customer service experience. As a Transfer Representative you will process variable annuity applications for completeness. Communicate with broker dealers, registered representatives, and policy holders regarding missing information/documentation. Follow through on processing standards adhering to strict regulatory guidelines. Specific responsibilities include:

· Review transfer applications, premiums, and incoming documents

· Process service requests and incoming applications

· Place follow-up calls to obtain additional information required for processing applications

· Monitor and respond to incoming mail and make modifications or updates to client data

· Issue policies

· Research and investigate processing issues as they arise

· Provide information regarding all products and service requirements, as well as information about Allianz

· Meet and exceed department quality and quantity expectations/benchmarks

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships



Qualifications:

· 1 year of customer service experience that includes telephone support

· HS diploma

· Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service through phone and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency with typing, 10-key and PC word processing.

· Ability to learn and work with multiple systems

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrated problem solving skills

· Ability to manage time, organize priorities, and work in a time sensitive area
