RESPSONSIBILITIES:The Transition Manager role is responsible for the overall installation of bundled defined contribution qualified plans. Maintain strong relationships and set expectations with clients, sales and Advisors throughout the installation process. Participate in prospects and sales finals meetings (10%) This position requires a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. This individual must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization. This individual must demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate powerfully to achieve “win-win” solutions. REQUIREMENTS: A successful candidate would have a minimum of three years’ experience with Defined Contribution plans. Strong Retirement Services background and project management skills are required. Skills should include the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks, the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, clear communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful working relationships. Knowledge should include most, if not all, of the following: defined contribution plan administration, plan design, and development of employee communication programs. Some travel will be required. COMPENSATION: We pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. Our salary structure is commensurate with experience.
