UNDERWRITING SUPERVISOR

 

Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group, a regional property and casualty insurance company headquartered in Richmond, VA and a subsidiary of W.R. Berkley Corporation, a Fortune 500 and A.M. Best A+ rated company, has an immediate need for an Underwriting Supervisor in our Charlotte, NC regional office.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of risk selection, pricing, profitability and production for an established book of business.  We're looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years commercial P&C underwriting experience and 3+ years management experience. Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience and demonstrated leadership required; CPCU designation preferred.
