VA Account Representative

Major Duties and Functions Include: Delivers high quality billing solutions and service excellence for group customers. Facilitates a working dialogue with Institutional Business clients and internal business partners in order to provide innovative solutions to client's benefits' needs. Accountable for a mix of standard and complex group customers. Customers include single and multi-product group customers along with some National and Mid-Large accounts, benefit group customers service and satisfaction. Builds and maintains strong relationships with group customers and Internal Partners (I/T, or systems, call centers, remittance service center, etc.). in order to enhance the ongoing success of the benefits program. Work closely with onsite Account Representatives on billing / system issues. Imputed Income - routine monthly coordination and monitoring of bill remit process, QA file for data integrity. Ensure accurate II reporting for all customers, Monthly Extract Reporting, General Internal Resource for queries that need to be done – i.e. data compares, data analysis, etc., Customer facing – contact for issues or reach out to Customer with issues – i.e. payroll issues, questions, etc., Systems expert – need to know end to end process including CBS functions, Review issues for trends, QA process/procedures, Reconcile Northern Trust II file at year end, investigate and resolve transactions errors from Northern Trust system that impact Imputed Income What You Need to Succeed: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills Good negotiation skills Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to handle pressure situations (internal & external) with professionalism and tact Strong PC skills (e.g. Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Access) College degree or related business experience preferred Ability to pass License requirement, if necessary Adapts quickly to change PFL platform ( UIS/Atlas/CBS ) knowledge a plus Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
