VP, Human Resources POSITION SUMMARY Active discussion partner for CEO and functional business leaders – Managing all people aspects: recruitment and retention, people and org development, change management, compensation and benefits, legal (associate) and compliance, succession planning, HR marketing – communication, social and health issues. VP, HR will also be responsible for strategic human resource planning to enable change, communicate and drive organizational transformation, manage new roles and skills required, attract and retain top performers and potentials (despite cost reduction constraints), manage a diverse workforce, and position the company as an Employer of Choice. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: ● Define HR strategy based on company strategy. Act as business partner involved in strategic discussions. ● Support and drive change process, design new organizational structure together with business leaders, build capabilities for new roles (TOM). ● Ensure alignment with HR Group’s best practices, tools and processes. ● Ensure link between different HR activities and teams, cross silo. ● Internal communication and alignment with external communication. ● Employer branding, attract, retain and develop top talent ● Responsible for HR reporting systems and HR data bases JOB SPECIFICATIONS (KSA’S) ● Results and solutions driven – improving business practices for higher performance levels. ● Market know-how, business acumen, strategic vision - translating strategy into relevant HR strategy. ● Change Driver – building group momentum; introducing high impact actions. ● Driving Diversity and collaboration – building cross culture relationships. ● Leading People – courage, stands up for beliefs, empowering teams to perform. ● Systematically building HR team capability. ● Proven, in-depth know-how in core HR areas. ● Previous experience outside of HR, no specific area. ● Very good understanding of industry, processes and structures. ● Strong communications skills, needs to be in permanent contact with different audiences. ● Understanding of financials. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Masters degree (MA) or equivalent; or ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
