Job Description:The majority of the incumbent's time is spent managing the personnel and daily activities of the Divisions; this includes personally handling a number of client and/or agent calls each day. The primary responsibility is to insure that 110 -130 customer service representatives and processing clerks are representing the Administration Office and AXA Equitable in a responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient manner, while processing transactions with a high degree of accuracy and urgency. The equality of the Service Center and Inforce Division's public relation has a direct bearing on customer satisfaction with their AXA Equitable Annuity product and affects our ability to add or conserve assets. The top priorities of the job are to perform all managerial duties, manage a budget, and solve technical and business problems. Seek ways to improve the work of the entire organization, reduce expenses, and provide customer service.
