Vice President of Marketing QualificationsTo be considered you must offer 15+ years of sales, marketing, or business development expertise with multi-state P&C programsStrong understanding of the retail agency distribution model including the utilization of technology and the strategic placement of field marketing and/or underwriting professionalsAbility to coordinate actuarial, claims, and underwriting teams to research and develop marketing strategies for national product distributionUnderstanding of workers compensation environment including current and future trends which affect profitability and growth
