This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some training/experience in these areas to develop their skills through hands-on application development.The ideal candidate has experience in the following areas:  Must be able to develop in and have a strong proficiency in: Visual Studio 2003 or 2005 ASP.net VB.Net or C# Working knowledge of SQL Experience in data access/data binding between databases and applications Web design (Dreamweaver) a plus  Additional skills required: Strong project management skills Ability to take direction from management and complete assignments independently while consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines Self-motivated and takes accountability and ownership for work with minimal supervision Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects Excellent oral and written communications skills
