Web Programmer
We are currently looking to fill a position within our Information Systems Department for a Web Programmer. The ideal candidate will be able to:
§ Prepare programming specifications and code new web-based applications and enhancements based on business specifications
§ Define and code web page layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems, including Amisys Advance
§ Assist in the evaluation/implementation effort for continued Internet eCommerce expansion and growth
§ Monitor performance and traffic of applications and web sites after implementation, taking action as required to scale site capacity to meet performance demands
Candidate must have 3 or more years performing same or similar responsibilities. Educational requirements include Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
Candidate should have experience creating web-based applications using technologies including but not limited to: Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, DHTML, XML, Flash, Perl, and Javascript. Relational Database knowledge/experience with SQL Server 2005 and Oracle 10g is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
