Workers' Compensation Underwriter and Administrative Assistant

CCMSI, a rapidly expanding Third Party Administrator, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in Metairie, LA.  This is an excellent ground floor opportunity for professionals that enjoy working in a team environment where service and results matter.

 

The positions to be filled are:

 Administrative Support

Position will require:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Minimum of 50 accurate keystrokes entry per minute

- Detail oriented and able to coordinate and prioritize items

- Excellent oral communication skills and phone etiquette

- Participate as a team member in a rapidly changing environment

- Flexibility, initiative and ability to work with minimal direct supervision once trained

- High School graduate with a minimum of 2 years office experience preferred

 Workers’ Compensation Underwriter

Position will require:

- Self-starter and strong working knowledge of insurance preferred

- Ability to prioritize and coordinate sizable work loads

- Must b customer focused, with excellent written and oral communications skills

- Must have initiative to set and achieve performance goals and work well in a team environment

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to cope with pressures in a constantly growing and changing environment

- Previous related business and/or insurance experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
