Major Duties and Functions Include: THIS POSITION CAN BE FILLED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: ST. PAUL, MN WARWICK, RI DAYTON, OH FREEPORT, IL Responsible for implementation of the eBusiness user-centered design process as it applies to new or enhanced website functionality for MetLife Auto & Home Internet portals, applications and interfaces. eBusiness team representative and/or subject matter expert for the planning, coordination and implementation of assigned initiatives and projects. Liaison with internal teams, as well as lines of business, IT, creative, legal, and third party vendors. Analyze business requirements and requests for the implementation of new functionality, site updates and maintenance applying expert knowledge of website functionality and best practices. Lead special team projects / assignments and coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams What You Need to Succeed: Two or more years experience dealing with project management, business analysis and technical information are required. Candidates with experience in computer science and technical writing will also be considered. Strong understanding and application of the user centered design process for agent and consumer websites.
