Major Duties and Functions Include: Senior-level subject matter expert responsible for processes or operating arrangements affecting a business function or activity. Principal Responsibilities: Provides information and helps resolve user problems regarding assigned systems. May act as a liaison between the department and IT personnel to support the unit's business needs, and/or represent user area in all system enhancements and design activities. May develop new or revise existing methods, processes, and other operating arrangements. May prepare recommendations to management which produce more effective, cost-efficient means of accomplishing work; recommendations may include changes in workflow, revisions of forms, and changes to automated processes. May review user requests and conduct data-gathering interviews; What You Need to Succeed: Bachelors degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong PC skills - Access, Excel, Word Must have experience working with Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files Must be detailed oriented Editing skills preferred Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
