insurance sales producer

Established, MetLife Auto & Home property and casualty insurance agency in Spokane Valley looking for sales agent.  We have been servicing the valley for 13 years, and have the top producing office in the area.  We are looking for a motivated sales leader with a  property and casualty license in Washington (idaho a plus).  Very flexible hours with option of some work done from home, and a laid back working enviroment, no high pressure sales here.  Willing to teach you our "secrets to success" and help you be successfull.

You will be responsible for  finding potential clients through  various marketing options; such as: internet leads, referrals, and centers of influence.  Once you have established the customer with us, you will simply take care of the paperwork involved in setting the policy up, ask for referrals, and prepare the client to be serviced by the senior agents in the office.  You will not have to do the day to day servicing, filing, or customer service, just do what you do best, sell!  Income potential is high, for those who are willing to put forth the effort.  All sales materials, and leads will be provided!  Bonuses and incentives available for those who produce.  Can discuss starting out with a base for the right person.
