Our client is an ITV organization that is offering never before seen interactive viewing experiences—across cable and satellite television, broadband, mobile devices and IPTV. Their clients are some of the largest programmers and advertisers in the world who are employing multi-platform video strategies to deliver some of the most compelling entertainment and brand experiences available today. Our client is seeking an Account Director that will be responsible for coordinating the project execution for medium/large accounts. The right individual will be an energetic, sales-oriented team player with project management and presentation skills, who is ready to grow further as a key member of the account & sales staff. Responsibilities:§ Account Serviceo Serves as the day-to-day liaison with assigned clients to ensure successful and timely completion of interactive TV projectso Assists in all aspects of the servicing of major accounts, such as managing company deliverables against important timelines/deadlines. o Liaise with key internal stakeholders and manage the process for delivering on a specific iTV project. o Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the company is positioning itself properly with key clients to grow business .o Work directly with sales team and lead efforts to maintain a positive working relationship with the client, research opportunities to grow the business, and communicate these items back to the team periodically.o § Project Managemento Assists clients with development of interactive TV objectives & strategies, writing iTV briefs and guiding them through the development & production process.o Works as primary interface with internal production team to plan, coordinate, direct and implement interactive TV projects in support of clients’ objectives.o Assists with preparation of post-project measurement and results presentationso Work closely with internal Services & Production teams to establish and deliver on timelines o Work closely with Marketing and Engineering to provide field input and to track client/industry trends and competitive landscapeo Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and personal networking with existing clientso Represent company at Media & Marketing Industry functions in NY and beyondo Some travel will be required Required/desired skills:§ 4-6 years of account management experience in the media/entertainment/advertising industries§ Superior project management, presentation, and account service skills§ Passion for TV Programming and “New Media” § High-energy, positive, results-oriented professional with proven ability to take charge and deliver on any task with little or no supervision. .
