MyNewPlace.com, the fastest growing apartment rentals website, is adding Account Executives to our Inside Sales team!  We’re looking for results-oriented, high achieving sales professionals who want to help build a company while growing their sales career.

 


You are responsible for: Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas by selling online listings and media (featured listings, video tours, photography) to apartment management companies Building a pipeline by prospecting new clients in your territory though outbound calls and emails from lead lists, website leads, or direct marketing programsClosing new business and managing the client through implementation and future upsell opportunitiesLearn and grow knowledge of products and services, client database, and industry

 
The ideal candidate has:2+ years of inside sales experience Excellent communication and presentation skillsA proven record of sales success & desire to earn a high incomeExperience selling internet advertising or online mediaSelf-motivated, team player, willingness to adapt to changing products and technologyAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyExperience using account management software such as salesforce.comMust have proof of eligibility to work in the United States

 
Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary, commission program, benefits, a well stocked kitchen pantry and a fun but professional work environment.  Significant equity upside in the form of option grants on a four year vesting schedule is also a part of the compensation package.
