Account Operations SpecialistLocation: Richmond, VAThe Position:We are seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support our client services and sales teams in bringing new clients onto the site and in providing exceptional service to our existing clients.  

 

Responsibilities: Prepare and activate new job postings. Modify current job postings in accordance with client requests and deactivate postings as requested. Coordinate insertion of customer spotlights. Process requests that come in directly from the client or through members of the Employer Services team. Enter record of actions taken with customer accounts into customer relationship management system (NetSuite) Handle incoming calls from clients or job seekers  while maintaining low call-waiting times and abandon rates. Support Employer Services team with growing and retaining existing accounts and in converting pilot accounts to annual contracts. Respond to e-mails in a timely and professional manner. Provide back up support to the Jobseeker Support team. Provide administrative support as required, including: filing, faxing, answering phones, mailings to employers and job seekers.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with one to two years experience in a customer service related role. Natural service orientation-professional and courteous. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required. Ability to maintain an enthusiastic, service-oriented attitude under pressure. Collaborative, team player. Innovative, strategic problem solver High initiative with ability to work independently with minimal supervision; exercise sound judgment. Self-motivated by results and driven toward excellence in service. Well organized and attentive to details Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
