Job Requirements: Receive insertion order -Check for accuracy - Compare internal insertion order against advertiser/agency insertion order - Track down correct information - Request revised insertion order with completed information. Average insertion order is revised 6 times by sales/customers prior to final delivery. Traffic Ad Material - Communicate with advertiser/agency material due date (send Welcome Letter to client). - Check materials received against advertising specifications - Check URL link - Check file size of graphic - Check pixel size of ad - Communicate with advertiser/agency to correct any discrepancies - Create various types of creative (gif, jpg, html, flash etc.) in Ad Management System Work with 3rd party ad serving companies (i.e. Double Click, EyeBlaster, Atlas, PointRoll etc.)) - Work with Internet Technologies Support n technical issues - Create test pages for 3rd party companies to check graphics for proper posting - Check reports provided to us by 3rd party companies with our reports. Enter online advertising campaign. Enter advertiser/agency information into our Ad Management System (Dart for Enterprise). When campaign goes live, send campaign live email to advertiser, copy sales team. Change creative throughout the course of a campaign - Change url links. Average ad specialist posts 370 new creatives each month. Quality Control - Check banner on site on the start date of the campaign - Check the URL link to make sure of proper functioning - Provide tearsheet to advertiser of creative on our site. Each ad specialist takes about 100 screenshots (tearsheets) per month. Monitor 300+ running campaigns weekly/monthly - Check impression levels, clicks, and click-through rates - Check for even distribution of impressions. Create customized spreadsheets for Sales & Agencies - Track accounts in danger Provide assistance to advertisers/agencies in accessing online reports - Provide usernames and password for online report access - Fax reports to clients who request them. Field dozens of phone calls/e-mails daily: - Assist advertisers & agencies with creative questions - Research and resolve problems regarding online advertising & billing discrepancies. Each ad specialist supports between 2 and 16 different sales teams. Candidates must have the following qualifications: Candidates should BA/BS degree 1+ years ad trafficking experience and 2+ years customer support/client interaction Excellent verbal and communication skills within a technical environment as it relates to online ad technology Highly organized, detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task.
