Advertising Account Specialist

The Advertising Account Specialist will be responsible for the growth of client accounts by utilizing advertising and promotional campaigns in the rapid pace of online marketing.

 

The ideal candidate will maintain workable relationships constantly seeing ways to be pro-active and strategic in assisting clients to increase revenue and market share.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Create, maintain, and adjust a portfolio of assigned client accounts.Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining relationships and favorable contracts while continuously meeting client expectations.Identify and act on opportunities to broker relationships between key clients to improve performance and profitability.Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management which includes frequent communications.Contract managementContract negotiationProgram monitoring, quality control of brand and product informationPerformance tracking and reportingManagement of all product and program launch communicationsCreative development (pro-actively set up special promotions for client.)Special marketing promotion information, (banner, pay per click, email and voice mail blasts.) Experience in calculating CPI costs for advertisers.Experience in generating online ad revenue.Experience in ads placements on Internet websites.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ability to broaden client relationship using promotions.  Creative approach to up-selling to an existing client baseDedicated focus on customer satisfactionMust be a team playerMust be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to multi-task

 

Education/Experience:

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field a plus or four years of professional business experience.

·  Minimum 3 years experience in online marketing
