Advertising Traffic Coordinator/Trafficker Overall job summaryThe Advertising Traffic Coordinator/Trafficker will schedule and manage advertising inventory on the Orbitz.com, Cheaptickets.com and Away.com websites. This candidate will work with our account management and client services team to support our advertising sales force by providing high quality client service to our customers. This position also involves supporting the monthly billing and revenue forecasting process to track campaign performance (At-Risk) and delivery for client invoicing. Fast paced and demanding environment requiring a proactive approach to solve problems quickly and accurately. Candidate must be able to think on their feet and demonstrate a detailed oriented approach to satisfy campaign requirements.Financial Responsibility Billing Reporting and Reconciliation – provides support and details for reporting and proof of delivery to accounting for creation of monthly invoices. Revenue Forecasting and Reconciliation – provides support and details for reporting of scheduled campaigns to produce daily, weekly, monthly revenue forecastsKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe scheduling of advertising on Orbitz.com, Cheaptickets.com and Away.com with DoubleClick’s DART Enterprise Ad Manager, Salesforce.com, and FatTail AdBook workflow tools· Interface with Account Managers, Sales team, Clients and/or ad agencies to flawlessly implement advertising campaigns· Construction of advertiser landing pages using internal Content Management Systems and tools· Monitoring assigned advertising campaigns to ensure optimization and completion· Running report queries for advertiser invoicing and sales team support· Support Accounting & Finance team for accurate invoicing of assigned advertising campaignsDecision Making Level/ComplexityUse of best judgment to determine whether or not creative meets company standards Insure all materials are received and documented for timely implementation Creative campaign Optimization and ideas to minimize at-risk (work with Account Manager to approve changes to active campaigns) Key Measures Work Quality – Ability to implement & optimize campaigns without error to avoid at-risk (% at-risk) Adaptability – Ability to move quickly within a changing environment and workload Follow-up/Sense of Urgency – Ability to affect immediate action & provide concise, timely feedback within the deadlines established (% of orders that start on-time) Organizational Skills – Highly organized, multi-tasker to prioritize workload in fast paced environment Time Management – Ability to self-manage tasks / schedule for effective and efficient time management Skills/Knowledge Required (please include essential professional qualification and educational requirements)Level of Experience Required (Include experience and background needed e.g. sales/accounting along with number of years needed).· Bachelor's degree· Experience with major AdServing technology (DART Enterpirse or DART for Publishers, AtlasDMT, RealMedia, OAS, or similar Ad Management or Ad Serving tools· Experience scheduling, (trafficking), and servicing ad campaigns and advertisers· Experience supporting advertising sales representatives and sales process· Ability to learn new processes quickly· Start-up experience helpful· Strong interpersonal and communications skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment· Strong attention to detail and quality· Publisher or Ad Agency Experience· Minimum 1-3 year’s experience with DoubleClick DART Enterprise or related Ad Manager/Ad Server technology· Knowledge of AdServing Technology· Knowledge of Ad Tag Setup & Technology· Rich Media Experience· Behavioural Targeting knowledge· Basic Javascript / HTML knowledge· 1-3 year of MS-Excel experience including ability to create pivot tables, sort, match, combine data· 1-3yrs of Database Experience with MS-Access, Oracle, SQL or similar data management tools The ideal candidate has an open mind and is willing to learn new process and adapt to constant change and continuous improvement.
