Ticketmaster is headquartered in West Hollywood, California and is an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI). The Role:Ticketmaster is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow the Ticketmaster Affiliate Program. This position will support Affiliate Program Director and will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of customer acquisition and loyalty marketing campaigns as well as customer service, training and education. This position will contribute to all aspects of our program including creative development, scheduling, campaign set up, reporting, and analysis. This is a dynamic job ideal for a smart self-starter with not only an interest in live entertainment as well as technology but who also wants to learn about internet partnerships from the ground up in a high visibility program within one of the largest retailers on the Web.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Support Program Director in strategic planning through affiliate analysis Drive education and awareness of the program internally and externally through training and onsite presence Work across multiple teams including public relations, legal, and product development, to execute partnership goals Execute communication and serve as primary operations contact with top program partners Serve as primary contact for internal marketing requests Manage customer service of program including external community forums and external consultants  Qualifications: BA/BS and min. 2-3  years relevant experience Clear understanding of the Affiliate Marketing channel Ability to quickly understand the ticketing business and demonstrate our products to affiliates Strong direct marketing background Solid knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Solid quantitative/analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Strong time management ability; ability to maintain and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail Self starter, entrepreneurial attitude Customer-focus Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
