ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Optimizes Television, Radio, Internet campaigns through creative, targeting and results analysis.

Is the driving force behind coordinating the Television, Radio, Internet campaigns lifecycle including design, launch, analysis, and optimization

Gathers data on campaign performance and maintains historical information.

Reports on effectiveness of Television, Radio, Internet operations, systems, and processes

Identifies opportunities to improve overall Television, Radio, Internet Campaigns, including process improvements, best practices, and technical or policy changes.

Works with internal departments to define scope and features for improvements based on existing service performance results and/or new market opportunities.

Proactively manages system capacity using a planning model, and development of expansion and contraction plans, with supporting capital budget plans.

Proactively communicates decisions, plans, and risks to management with recommendations based on intimate knowledge of product dynamics and influences.

Other duties that are within education and experience or the incumbent may be assigned for the betterment of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities

Ability to analyze performance data and make appropriate recommendations 

Detail oriented with strong organization and project management skills

Familiarity with HTML

Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts

Strong understanding of the internet

Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, as well as external clients

Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Ability to work independently

Must be a team player and possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


Relevant BS or BA degree from four-year college or university;and/or 2+ years experience in Television, Radio, or Internet campaign analysis.
