Sales Specialist

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

· Respond to sales inquiries via telephone and email with the goal of assisting the customer and closing sales.

· Understand and convey a mastery of our products to customers, assisting them in any questions they may have.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

· Ability to handle heavy inbound phones with excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced online environment.

· Customer retention and negotiation skills with a focus on service and sales.

· Exceptional telephone communication, organization, and presentation skills.

· Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet, and related software applications.

· Detail-oriented, team player with the ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

· Previous sales experience.

· BA/BS Degree

· Legal industry background, experience, knowledge, or interest.

· Experience in estate planning.
