Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Job Responsibilities include:
Experience with using Quick Books
Processing expense reports
Processing bi-weekly payroll
Assisting and/or overseeing the AP/ AR files
Strong knowledge of Human Resources management.  Maintaining company and employee (HR) files, agreements, etc.
Responsibility for daily bank deposits
Other administrative duties including making travel arrangements, general admin duties such as ordering office supplies, keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
