Business Analyst for FULL TIME position

Skill Set:
2+ years experience in the financial services industry
Minimum of a BS degree, MBA preferred
Experience as a Business Analyst in implementation and support of enterprise applications
Education in finance
Travel (possibly international) will be required, but is expected to be less than 25% of total time

Job Description:
Handle all day-to-day contacts of the client.
Consult with consumer finance clients regarding specific business process requirements.
Identify and respond to questions and issues during the implementation, including the configuration of system to execute the client’s business functions. Responsible for understanding the business needs and requirements of the client, plus the documenting of customization requests, including the Gap Analysis. 
Manage customer expectations, facilitate communication and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to client staff using database systems.
Manage development team on customer site to ensure the effective use of resources.
