Position Overview

Design and execute project plans for new products and/or contract services. Lead and manage the development process of assigned projects from the discovery through development phases. Coordinate and manage the progress of cross functional micro teams in order to meet timeline and budget expectations. Provide hands on support for beta and pilot locations.


Key Job Responsibilities (Weight %)

Project Management (25%)

Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure that business development projects meet timeline and budget requirements. Translate and integrate business requirements into project and product requirements working closely with Product Management, Finance, Field Operations, and Sales, Information Technology, and other departments.

Communication (20%)

Provide regular communication to PSAV stakeholders regarding the status of each project. Maintain consistent communication with beta and pilot locations keeping the RVP of Operations updated on the status of each location. Provide regular updates on performance against the defined success metrics for the product or service. Clearly communicate recommendations for deployment based on project performance.

Reporting (20%)

Collect and maintain accurate records of each locations performance during Beta and pilot. Measure each project against the success criteria established by the micro team and make recommendations for change based on the data collected. Provide weekly status updates using the business development process template and dashboard.

Technical Support (20%)

Provide technical sales and operational support at the Beta and Pilot Locations. Build trust and confidence with the field staff during the pilot stages by providing them with the necessary tools and support to successfully sell and deliver each product or service. Work with the technical training and sales development functions to establish training that is scalable for broad organizational deployment.

Resource Coordination (15%)

Determine the specific technology and equipment resources required to meet the project objectives. Identify internal and external sources of expertise. Work with Product Management to source various products and technologies that meet the project objectives. Manage the project timeline and resource availability to hit key project milestones.


Job QualificationsStrong project management skills demostrated by 2+ years experience in product/project management within a corporate environmentBS/BA; business preferredStrong written and verbal communications skillsKnowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes Good understanding of financial reporting Computer proficiency required including MS Office.
