With the aforementioned growth, we are currently in search of a Business/Marketing Analyst to join our team! Aimed with the purpose of providing trend analysis, reporting of campaigns, consumer behaviors and retention strategies, the Business/Marketing Analyst will evaluate, analyze and document the performance data using business intelligence applications.  With the opportunity for flexibly and creativity in one's reporting, this opportunity is best suited for outstanding communicators and analytical thinkers!

 

What the Business/Marketing Analyst will do:

 Identifying variables that impact subscriber churn and analyzing their effectConduct analysis on product launches, campaign implementation, price-point changes, market update, carrier guideline updates, broadcast times and frequency, content and message text etc.Using predictive analytics and modeling to forecast campaign ROI, ARPU and breakeven pointsConduct ongoing analysis of unsubscribe rates for all markets Comparison of the retention factors across products and campaignsDevelop and periodically generate detailed reporting on key retention performance metrics and indicatorsProvide Senior Management support in the preparation of retention analysis for presentation to other senior management, and the Mobile Messenger boardWork with the sales/marketing team to develop processes and reports that enable better management and understanding of retention factorsRefine and document processes/procedures in retention reportingCreate case studies based on retention practices and performance for knowledge shareAssist with setting the retention best practices for campaigns and products

 

Essential Skills/Attributes

 Self starter to develop roleMust be highly skilled at Excel and have an intermediate skill level with other Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Word.Writing queries in SQLExperience with Crystal ReportingStrong communication skillsHigh attention to detail required.Data modeling, analysis, and reporting experience required.Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects.Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
