CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP / NIGHT SHIFT

Job Summary:

We currently have a need for a talented, Internet savvy, personable Customer Support member, with computer help desk experience for the continued development and maintenance of our websites. This is a night shift position in the New Orleans Office. You must be willing to speak with clients verbally and electronically.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to customer trouble tickets

Provide phone support

Assist in the resolution of customer issues

Provide onsite support to Operations as needed

Escalate necessary items to Tier 2 support or Operations for resolution

Provide communication flow to the Development and Management

 

Position Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritize and manage customer issues

High level networking & security practices knowledge a must

1-2 years customer support field

High School graduate or equivalent experience

Experience with Windows and the Internet

Working knowledge of personal computers

HTML knowledge preferred but not required

Linux and UNIX understanding preferred but not required

Familiarity with TCP/IP fundamentals preferred but not required
