Channel Sales Manager - Telecommunications

Description

The Alternate Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring Direct Agents by developing revenue-producing relationships with Telecom Agents, Hardware Vendor’s, Value Added Resellers and other partner opportunities who will sell One Communications Voice and Data Solutions. This department will help One Communications drive additional revenue outside of our direct sales force.

The Channel Sales Manager will manage and assist Agents in closing larger sales. You will help train their base of Sales Agents on One's products and procedures so that the Agents will be able to write their own business.

The Channel Sales Manager will be the point of contact for all Agents they support, to make sure the correct product and pricing is being issued to the customer, by working with all associated internal departments.

Requirements

· 4+ Years of Telecom Experience with in depth knowledge of voice and data services.

· Must have documented successes in Telecom Sales, Management or Channel.

· Must be able to secure new contracts and relationships with qualified Sales Agents.

· Must be able to effectively manage all Sales Agents activity and production.

· Must be able to train and develop all Sales Agents, as well as, attend appointments and provide valuable assistance in closing large deals.

· Must be able to meet all assigned monthly targets and quotas
