Client Relations Representative



 

Principal Responsibilities:



 

· Responsible for interviewing callers to determine whether LegalZoom can match callers with an attorney serving on the Lawyer Referral Service panel.

· Must give practical information to callers about how to hire and work with attorneys and how to facilitate resolution of their concern without giving legal advice.

· Must analyze facts, make sound decisions and demonstrate patience and maturity on a consistent basis.

 

Basic Qualifications:



 

· Ability to quickly learn detailed information about attorney practice areas and legal matters.

· Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail.

· Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, e-mail, ability to learn client management tools.

· Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively with people of various educational, social and cultural backgrounds as well as with attorney panel members.

· Detail-oriented team player with a passion for helping customers.

 

Preferred Qualifications:



 

· Previous experience in a lawyer referral service or doing intake assessments for a law firm or solo practitioner.

· Experience working with the general public in a customer service capacity.

· BA/BS Degree

· Bilingual Spanish strongly desired
