.Com Account Executive
philosophy is a lifestyle skincare and cosmetics brand with a unique position that combines science with an emotional connection. philosophy celebrates feeling well and living joyously.
We are currently looking to fill a .COM Account Executive Position. The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing cycle through philosophy’s .com partners, including retail .coms and web-based .coms. Responsibilities include: account management, sales analysis, marketing program development and execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and build the sales and marketing cycle through philosophy’s .com partners:
• Responsible for daily account management of philosophy .com partner accounts (nordstrom.com, sephora.com, macys.com, drugstore.com, beauty.com, skinstore.com, redenvelope.com, hqhair.com, johnlewis.com, spacenk.com)
• Responsible for the development and execution of seasonal marketing plans, including sampling and GWP programs, catalog placements and email marketing programs
• Responsible for .com channel forecasting and sales analysis
• Manage account relationships to ensure accounts have the necessary philosophy assets to communicate consistent brand message through virtual store fronts, providing new item set up forms, updated images and product samples
• Develop synergies and build strong channels of communication and between .com strategies and existing philosophy retail and QVC business models
• Alignment with operations and finance team to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing plans
• Perform market research and comparative shopping, shop/audit philosophy pages on all partner and competitor websites
• Expand business opportunities within the .com retail channel
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Business or Marketing (MBA a plus) and 6-8 years experience in direct and/or internet sales and marketing position (preferably with a consumer goods and/or beauty products company) or combination of education and experience.
• Required marketing or business experience, working knowledge of internet marketing, account management and sales analysis
• Proven track record of analytical skills, interpreting data, and formulating conclusions
• Excellent computer skills required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong account management skills and ability to work across functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, finance, management, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with different cultures, highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to multi-task
