Computer Technical Support Specialist

Growing electronic information distribution company looking for Computer Technical Support Specialist to work in a goal-oriented environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

· Assist customers in using our services and ensure customer satisfaction;

· Develop macros for Word and Excel templates;

· Monitor and support internal computer system;

· Beta test new services.

 

Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

· Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MS Office;

· PC hardware and software experience;

· Flexible working hours;

· VBA and/or other programming experience a plus;

· Unix and networking experience a plus.
