If the answer to all of these questions is “YES!” please read on - we should probably talk. Recruiting never stops at Monster – and these days, growth is one req from out of control! We are aggressively seeking the best and brightest contract recruiters in the marketplace who are interested in joining a team where you have the flexibility to be creative in how you source and present talented candidates. Monster has more resumes in our database than any person can handle. But is recruiting really about resumes? This Monster team believes recruiting is about relationships. Relationships cannot happen with resumes! Behind every resume is a person, and recruiting is personal. We hire people at Monster, NOT skill sets. This statement will mean something to the recruiters we are looking for- and we are happy to discuss it with you further in an interview! We need a few skilled recruiters who consider themselves phenomenal sourcers to help navigate the countless numbers of resumes that exist in and out of our network- and ensure we are talking to all of the right people. We are interested in recruiters who consider working the phones and qualifying candidates in-scope to sourcing. Keywords are important, don’t get me wrong- but they certainly aren’t everything! In addition to your extensive network and unique sourcing abilities, you will have access to Monster’s full product suite, and there are a few tools that just might surprise you! We’re also looking for successful recruiters who thrive in a full lifecycle environment. We know it can be difficult balancing the demands of 20-30 highly active openings – but that is the challenge.Keeping prospects, candidates and hiring managers engaged, up-to-date and moving through the process is more an art than a science.We’ll give you all the tools and support you need to successfully manage these internal and external expectations.
