Credit Representative / 08-2181 Position Description:Provide support for Sales Agents and supporting staff by using applicable policies, programs and procedures to answer questions related to credit policy guidelines. Process manual review requests as it relates to the customer’s credit score. Position may require some inbound phone support. Position Requirements • MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH (FLUENT- SPEAK/READ)• Fields questions and requests for assistance from Sales Agents and associated staff including, but not limited to the following areas:• Lightbridge / Credit Policyo Use appropriate credit bureau to run credit for new customers.o Use departmental policies and guidelines to determine up front payment requirements.o Use departmental policies and guidelines to answer credit related questions.• Order Entry Systemo Uses order entry system to complete orders after completing manual credit reviews• BOSS Billing Systemo Uses billing system to answer basic questions, setup new accounts, and activate service.• Rate Plans, Service Options, Equipment Pricingo Use available marketing materials activate services and answer related questions.• Provides empathetic, courteous, quality customer service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Clearwire protocols. • Manages workload effectively and provides accurate accounting of work and time allocation. • Maintains a positive, problem-solving approach and a spirit of cooperation in a team environment.•Required OT at the end of every month•Spanish-speaking required.•Other duties as assigned. Position Attributes • Minimum two years of experience working in a customer service capacity.• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to establish a positive rapport with customers and co-workers.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Thorough knowledge of Clearwire products, services & systems.• Thorough understanding and ability to follow all policies, processes and procedures.• Must be able to work a variety of shifts/hours based upon call volume and scheduling needs.• No current disciplinary action.• Must be meeting or exceeding all performance standards in current position, including quality scores and schedule adherence.
