With company headquarters in New York City and sales/advertising divisions in Toronto, Pathnet Technologies is currently seeking an experienced, dedicated and self motivated Customer Service Representative to work within our new Phoenix sales office.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. They should possess a proficient knowledge of MS Windows and a strong understanding of internet/e-mail navigation skills. They should be confident and have previous experience with over the phone customer service.

They should also possess a minimum high school diploma. Although a college diploma is not a requirement, it is considered an asset.

As a Customer Service Representative your primary duties will be answering phone calls and dealing with both satisfied and unsatisfied customers and adhering to their requests. You will also be responsible for some HR duties.

We offer comprehensive training with a starting wage of $500/week that will be re-negotiated at the end of 3 months. We also offer medical and dental benefits after 6 months of employment.
